Receive a Fortnum and Mason Hamper worth £100, delivered to your door if you refer a friend, family member or colleague who becomes a Peter Harding Wealth Management client. The following terms and conditions apply to our client introduction scheme (the "Scheme").

1. The Scheme is open to all clients of Peter Harding Wealth Management (Peter Harding is a trading name of Peter Harding Practice Ltd, who are aged 18 and over (“you", "your").

2. You can introduce a new client by:

• completing the form on the back of the Client Introduction handout and returning it to the Peter Harding Wealth Management
• completing the form on the back of the Client Introduction handout and returning it to your usual Peter Harding Wealth Management Adviser
• completing and submitting the form on the Peter Harding Wealth Management website

3. The Introducer must have an existing personal or business relationship with the referee you recommend our services to. The referee cannot be one of our existing clients. He/she must never have had purchased advice services and/or investment services from us previously. He/she must not have been recommended to us in the past 12 months.

4. The Introducer should make sure that you obtain the prior consent of the referee to being contacted by us before making an introduction and you give consent to your name being mentioned in our communications with the referee.

5. The Introducer will not receive a Fortnum & Mason Hamper if the referee does not consent to the disclosure of information by you or refuse to participate in discussions with us for any reason.

6. If the referee purchases advice services and/or investment services (either on sole or joint basis) with us successfully within 12 months of being recommended by the Introducer, the Introducer will be entered into a monthly free prize draw to be eligible for a Fortnum & Mason Hamper, delivered to your door worth £100. There is no minimum investment required.

7. The Introducer can have multiple entries into the monthly free prize draw, upon point 6 (above) being successful, and the referee purchases services and/or investment services (either on sole or joint basis) with Peter Harding Wealth Management successfully within 12 months of being recommended by the Introducer. For example, if the Introducer refers 5 people and all 5 become clients, the Introducer will receive 5 entries into the monthly free prize draw.

8. The Introducer will only be eligible for two Fortnum & Mason Hamper within a 12-month period. The Practice will have incremental rewards to the client/s who have referred the most, when a referee has had a positive experience with the Practice.

9. Peter Harding Wealth Management reserves the right to offer an alternative voucher or reward of the same value at any time. Peter Harding Wealth Management’s decision is final.

10. If your introduction is successful and you win the monthly free prize draw, you will be contacted by a member of the Marketing Department at Peter Harding Wealth Management and you will receive your Fortnum & Mason Hamper within 90 days of the referee meeting the qualifying criteria.

11. This offer does not apply for introductions to your spouse/household.

12. We reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Scheme from time to time and the right to withdraw this Scheme at any time without prior notice to you.
